I'm just signing up for one of the cutest aprons I've ever seen. So I've learned to you apparently like to plan out birthday gifts in advance. I should definitely try that! Thanks for the opportunity to win a great gift

I shouldn't comment cause I hate taking free stuff from you, but I have to ... look at your skinny butt in that apron!!!

I've learned that we are a LOT alike ... we both stress over crap we can't control. lol.

Hello, I'm Janette's sister. I'd like to purchase one of these aprons for me plus a smaller one for my 3-year-old daughter. Are you taking orders or just giving one away? My email is j.gebert@sbcglobal.net. Thanks! Sincerely, Julie G.

I love the apron. So Cute. And I've learned that you have a talent for re-purposing books and that you should make more quote books! :)

Okay--that apron is so darn cute!!!! I LOVE IT:) I have learned that you used to teach school and that you are a very generous person:)

I am OBSESSED with that apron. My husband wouldn't be surprised since I am known to wear aprons around the house to clean (never to actually cook). Maybe this one might inspire me to actually get my butt in the kitchen more :) I have learned a million things about you from your blog. One thing that has stuck out to me as of late is one in which we have in common. I think we think similarly on that we would rather be desperately poor (not that you are, but we have been in the past) than leave our children. Maybe I am way off base, but I would rather do with out any of the extras and some necessities (at least some people would call them that :) ) than be without my kids all day every day. I really like the saying as of late, "Make do, or do without." I am not trying to tell anybody else what they should do, because frankly I really really don't care and sometimes there is just no getting around it. But I have this super unnatural clingy connection to my kiddos! =)

That really is one SEXY apron... love it! Well, we've all learned how uber-creative and talented you are, but the first thing that popped in my head was all your "dumb quiz friday" posts... so many random facts about you to choose from. Like "you are Tennis" and "you are 50% weird". Things I never would have known otherwise :)

Ryann said...

Super cute. I have learned that you can pass 8th grade history, that you should live in the South, and how much you would sell out for!

I LOVE that apron. I have learned a lot from you this past year, but the thing that I have learned the most is from your Thursday's quizzes. It always seemed that when I took that quiz I was a lot like you. I think our personalities might be close to a match. You are wonderful Sarah. I have also learned how talented you are.
P.S. Do you think Dillan might be interested in 4-5 pieces of $40 plywood. I think that is what it is called. It is really nice and big. Let me know. Clay would like to give it to him. He thinks he can make something nice from it.

I've learned that you're like me in a lot of ways. I'm glad that you wrote a post (I don't remember when) about feeling left out, etc, and then realizing that you have to get out there and do something about it. I'm the same way....not outgoing, and probably seem stuck up to a lot of people (not that you seem stuck up, just me!!!) :) I also love reading your testimony blog. That touches me every time--thank you for that! I hope to keep getting to know you even more. The displaced Idahoans can band together :D

I learned that you love pulling weeds :) I love this apron- so pretty!!

Thank you for the giveaway!

That you can type the shape of a heart ... although I still haven't figured out how you do it! I am Janette's sister in law, btw. I love that apron!

Janie said...

ok so I have thought and thought all day about something clever to write about what I know about you from the blog and the blog and our hours and hours of conversations all blur together.
All I know is that you are molly, but still very, very cool!
and so creative I am painfully jealous. And I want someone else to have the apron because I have already benefited from your awesomeness!

But for the record - that is one SEXY apron!

oh yeah I remember now - you beat people up in your sleep.

I've learned you are all things crafty, you are giving [thanks for the book, i see it everyday on my shelf and think of you], and you have an adorable sister that i want to go out with my bro.

Oh yeah, and your kickin' booty on the weigh loss! Keep it up girl.

I've learned that your husband rocks at refinishing. The table and chairs looked like they would be a nightmare to refinish, but they are absolutely beautiful.
This apron is absolutely PERFECT.

1-- That my moving into a new ward and taking a while to get 'warmed' up to the rest of the sister is common and I am not alone there.
2-- and that my sister has some cool links on her blog.

I have been trying to find a pattern for a cute apron. If I don't win can I find out what pattern you used?

Well, let's see...I learned you are are fork. Haha - that one stands out in my mind! Love the dumb Friday quizzes and have to admit I play along a fair amount of time for a good laugh. You are so spectacularly creative and I so enjoy your posts. As for the apron, I ADORE the fabrics you selected!! Nothing better than a smattering of brown, avocado and pink. The winner will be one lucky gal!

Oh good grief, of course it shows the deleted post that I just had to delete because of a typo that I just couldn't let go. I should have just CHOSEN to ignore it like you talked about in a post not so long ago!

Well Sarah, the one thing that I learned from your blog is that we are exactly alike in that if someone drops in on us randomly during the day they will see
dirty dishes piled in the sink; me still in pj's, no bra, no make-up and not showered. I love that I am not the only one like this. And I must mention... when I grow up.. I want to craft just as good as you! You rock girl!

I have learned that you care so much about people and are willing to help in anyway you can. Even though you have your own trials, you still want to be able to help everybody and make things better. I think we are a lot alike that way. I love to read your blogs. Keep blogging so I can stay in touch with what is happening.
