Saturday we realized that Claire's new "Baby Bear" had a hole in its nose. It's okay for humans to have holes in their noses, but not stuffed animals. So today we took Baby Bear in for surgery. Build-A-Bear was so great about everything. The lady tried to sew it up and it wasn't holding the stitches, so they had Claire stuff a whole new bear. No questions asked. This was great service. Whenever I have great customer service I just want to shout it from the rooftops. So, while I think Build-A-Bear is way over-priced, I also think that they went beyond the call of duty.
